LeMieux X-Grip Silicone Square

The proven low profile, shock absorbing Acavallo gel component is on the underside only, providing a lower depth than the Twin Sided or Silicone ranges but offering the same assured saddle stability & grip.

This is made with lighter weight gsm to increase the softness and flexibility of the pad - which is further enhanced by a friction-free lycra binding.

These features are complimented by a super soft Bamboo inner lining with extraordinary properties:


•Exceptionally soft & light with similar feel to blend of cashmere & silk

•Breathable & cool to wear with natural wicking, deodorising & anti-microbial

•Often described as having the strength of steel with softness of cotton

•Incredibly hydroscopic; controls sweat, absorbing more moisture than pure cotton & polyester fibres

•Easy to wash and dries faster than normal lining fabric

The result is one of the most comfortable and highest performing saddle pads in the LeMieux collection.

LeMieux Washing Instructions


•A pre-wash is recommended on all saddle pads to ensure colour fastness and to make fabric softer and more flexible for sensitive skinned horses.
•Machine washable on normal 30 degree cycle.
•Pull into correct shape whilst damp to maintain shape during drying.
•Please ensure the washing machine drum is large enough to safely accommodate the pad size.
•Please ensure all velcro is closed firmly prior to washing.
•Air dry away from heat source (do not tumble).
