How to Buy From Us
We have been trading now for over 20 years. We carry a vast stock range of all items of horse riding equipment, equestrian saddles, equestrian tack, riding clothing, riding wear, horse saddles, horse tack and Equestrian Equipment - all at very competitive prices.
Special requests/orders can usually be catered for. We are continually adding new items to our stock but should you not be able to find what you want please contact us, or visit our shop at London Road, Pyecombe, West Sussex.
We are a family based business with generations of experience with our own horses competing in Showjumping, Dressage, Eventing, Showing, Pony Club and Riding Club. All our staff own their own horses and will be pleased to talk to you about yours - whether it be advice on feeding, welfare or saddlery.
Prices include Value Added Tax, where applicable.
Every effort will be made to maintain the prices shown on the Website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

Special Order Items
All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalization or custom made are non-returnable.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Five easy steps is all it takes.
- Browse through our shop until you find any items you wish to buy. You can also search for a specific product by clicking on the search button.
- Once you find a product you wish to buy, click the left hand button and then make any appropriate selections such as quantity, size and colour and click ADD TO CART.
- At this point you can either proceed to the checkout (click on PROCESS ORDER) and pay for your chosen product or you can CONTINUE SHOPPING.
- When ready you can proceed to the checkout by clicking process order.. At this point you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payment is by credit card and all prices are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept all major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Electron
- Colours may vary and are guides only. We aim to despatch goods within 3 days of receiving the order.
We aim to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our website and can usually despatch 90% of goods within 24 hours of receiving an order. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery may be extended. If you require goods by a certain date, eg, for a competition or a birthday, please bring this to our attention by using the comments box on the order form & we will do our best to comply with your request. Please note all deliveries have to be signed for on delivery unless you give authorization on order form to leave item in a safe place with description.
Postage & Packing
We charge per shipment (so there is no delivery charge for second and subsequent orders!)
VAT is included @ 20% in all prices except for children's clothing and supplements. VAT on orders for delivery outside the EU will be deducted upon ordering.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
Credit card security is provided using the world renowned Sage Pay (new name for Protx) so you are safe!
A full refund (less postage and packing) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety At Work Act 1974).
